Compared to other sites that i have looked at Aldi had all the right credentials. It had information on different posts, it was simple to navigate it told me about some benefits, and showed real case studies of people working for Aldi. However what it lacked was information about my local store, whether there were any positions and what part time work was available. It felt as though they were selling me the company rather than the job which i didn't think was much use and was left wondering whether it was worth applying for the position.
